For medical heating purposes: place in the microwave (1000 watts) for 15 seconds. Rub it for 10 seconds and use it if it reaches the right temperature. If the temperature is not enough, alternately put it in the device for 5 seconds and rub for 5 seconds and repeat this until the desired temperature is reached.

Attention: excessive heat of the package will cause skin burns or bursting of the package!

For cold use: put the package in the freezer for 2 hours (staying the package longer in the freezer will increase the cold retention). Then leave it on the desired position for about 15 minutes.
